Hi there,
I am trying to share a webex meeting's cloud recording with anyone (unauthenticated users).
I clicked the sharing icon, then turned on the "Public Link" toggle and selected "Anyone with the link can view this recording".
However, this does not work. When trying to access this link, it requires the user to log into Webex. Also, if the user authenticating is not part of the specific webex site, it does not have access to the recording.
Can you help me? i am really stuck here. tried to search for documentation or maybe if there's some configuration that disable the normal public link behavior etc. i don't know...

There is a setting in Control Hub under Services > Meeting > Meeting Site > Common Settings > Security where recordings can be restricted to "Restrict the viewing of recordings to signed in users". Double check this setting and see if it is toggled on as it will require users to login their Webex account even with a public link.
