Simultaneous Interpretation Option

Hi,

We have a question on the Simultaneous Interpretation. Is it available in all countries where WEBEX is available (note: We are an NGO from Bulgaria, EU)?

If yes - does the option exist only for paid plans or it should be added to the plan?

It is a bit unclear on the WEBEX website if this option needs additional payment or it becomes available in every paid plan.

Hello - Simultaneous Interpretation is a feature of Webex Meetings and Webinars.  There is no additional paid license needed.  While our Real-Time Translation is  AI/Machine Learning process,  Simultaneous Interpretation is PEOPLE.
When scheduling Meeting of Webinar you'll add language channels and the personnel to provide the Interpretation.   Meeting and Webinar participants will select the audience channel to listen to.  At this time, enabling SI will turn off breakout room functions.  If you record your session, the "floor" or "original" audio is recorded, not the additional language channels.   It's my understanding that this is available in all countries where Webex is available.
