Hi All, We are installation the Cisco TelePresence Speaker Track 60 together with Cisco Webex Codec Pro and facing the issue “No Cameras found. Make sure that the control cable between the camera and the system is connected. To enable the remote when there are no cameras connected, active the IR sensor on the system”. It's happened when client upgrade the software version from CE9.7 to CE9.9. Does anyone have the same issue and if yes, how do you solve ? Thank you in advance for your helps.
