Hi All,
I am working on deploying Hybrid calling for a customer and looking for some information regarding the features available like hold/transfer and conference.
At present i am able to make outbound/inbound calls but unable to do a conference (adding a participant to a webex meeting or adding a PSTN user to a audio call).
I was referring to the below guide but did not find any information regarding multi-point conference in Hybrid calling.
https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/endpoint/ce913/room-kit-administrator-guide-ce913.pdf
Can somebody confirm if the conference part of the call is controlled by webex or by CUCM? If its through WebEx then does it require any special licenses?
Tried checking the logs to look for any obvious errors but found 400 errors. For this test, i made a call to a cell phone number and tried adding another mobile phone user to the call from the Webex root kit with Hybrid calling enabled.
