Hi all,
I just hosted an event that had 1100 participants and I had someone email me with an issue. After logging in the user was able to join but they said that the video was not available and that a message in the top right corner saying that Unable to view the video due to reaching the system limit for video viewing. There are 3000 participant limit and Webex Events 1000 (session type) under site settings. I found this article https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX69529/Error-Due-to-an-event-capacity-limit-you-cannot-view-the-multimedia-content-the-presenter-is-sharing from Cisco but there is no solution and work around on this, do i need to purchase Cisco Event Center 3000?
