We're using Webex Meetings for the company. Someone asked:
Does anyone know if we can adjust the 30 minute timeout on individual users called in to WebEx? We're having a multi hour customer review and anyone who stays on mute for longer than 30 minutes seems to get dropped automatically and they need to call back in.
Searching here many answers point to 'group policy' but unsure if the comany has a group policy we can tweak, or if that doesn't apply to a company's instance of webex meetings.
I can't see any personal setting on timeouts.
Thoughts/suggestions/insights?
thanks

if that's for voip and not for PSTN dail-in then I'd look at your firewall if the users are internal

We are investigating if it might be on the participants end - might their phone systems be timing out.
Still curious if Webex meetings might have some setting we don't know about.
