Is it any way to store Webex Meeting Recording Video file in local server (on-prem)? If yes,

1. is there any design guide for this? 
2. is there any specific Cisco server to be used to store the recorded Webex meeting video file?
3. can I utilize the existing BE7K to store the recorded Webex meeting video file?
4. What is the license required?
