Hello,
We just bought a brand new Cisco Webex Room 55 and I was trying to connect it to the Touch 10 device that comes with it, but I am getting an error stating that the device is not supported or needs to be updated. This is on an isolated network with no internet access so I'm trying to figure out:
a) Where can I find the update files?
b) Can I air-gap the files to the off-line network and perform the update? Or do I need to connect the Touch 10 to an internet connected computer?
