Unable to login to webex account with admin credentials

Hi Team,

We are unable to login https://admin.webex.com, https://developer.webex.com/, https://www.webex.com/  with the Admin login credentials provided-: dmc-ict.hq@esic.nic.in by cisco.  Our Subscription ID: Sub1745378.

While we are able to login with the same credentials with https://id.cisco.com.

Kindly do the needful as we need to create multiple host account with Admin login ID.

Hi there, 

Did you receive an email from Webex/Cisco with a "Get Started" link? Ideally, you should get this email when Cisco or a Cisco partner sets up your tenant/account in the Control Hub. Please check your junk mail as well.

If you did not receive the email, it would be best to contact your Cisco partner or Cisco directly to add your account as a Webex Control Hub admin.
