Do we have the ability in WebEx to set the custom backgrounds that are available at a site level? Is this on the roadmap for implementation? We have a few situations where it would be better to approve the backgrounds before allowing upload by users, or alternatively change the backgrounds that are available as a default option to something that is branded with our information rather than the current default options.

@aholland11 , this is something that we are considering for a future release of Webex.

Just checking back to see if there was any new information on this functionality as so far the results are still the same. I was also wondering what everyone else in the community is doing for this situation in an enterprise setting.
Right now the options are:
A. Turn off Backgrounds - Privacy concerns.
B. Turn on backgrounds no custom - No one can upload their own custom background.
C. Turn on backgrounds with custom - Content Concerns
Option B currently makes the most sense, as it removes the privacy concerns and removes the content concerns, but going this route without an option to edit the default backgrounds is limiting how we can use this feature. If the global option can not be changed having an option to customize at a user account level of who has the option to upload their own background would equally be helpful.
