Videos as Part of Training Session

Hello there...

We planning to run a series of virtual training sessions for groups of ~10 people.  Part of the training is the display of videos currently hosted on Vimeo.  In testing, having  the leader run a video causes the video stream to download from Vimeo to the leader's PC, upload to the WebEx service and download to the participants' PCs in the WebEx client.  Even video-optimized, the video playback is not smooth.

Is there a way to have a video stream directly from Vimeo (or some other hosting solution) to the WebEx session on the participants' PCs?

Not a direct answer but if you want to consider Webex Meetings, for the group you are training it may make more sense to use High frame rate sharing in Webex Meetings and Breakout rooms as necessary.
