Webex Meetings access from 4G/LTE network with CGNAT

Hi,

Is anyone else having issues connecting to or managing Webex from a 4G/LTE mobile network connection?   Or any ideas where the problem might lie.   I have narrowed down the following things do work from this connection ...

  • Download from main Webex web pages
  • Use previously installed Webex Meetings application to join meeting from an Invite (for example from TAC)
  • Use newly installed Webex Meetings application to join a meeting as guest without entering my Webex Account details
  • From web browser, create a new free Webex account

The following don't work ...

  • From web browser access any of our company account pages, ie anything in form "our-company.webex.com"
  • From web browser, after creating free Webex account, I can't access the account management pages for example the initial password setting pag
  • On a new Webex Meetings application install, I can enter my company account credentials - it fails after asking for the company Webex URL
  • With the existing Webex Meetings application install, where my account details were previously entered, I can't start a meeting - it sits for around 20 seconds or so then the application silently closes

Any suggestion?   All these functions work if I use a VPN client so my connection appears to originate from a different IP address, which rules out issues like bandwidth, latency or MTU.   DNS lookup of our "our-company.webex.com" domain returns the same results and address, with or without VPN.

This particular 4G network uses CGNAT in case that's relevant.

Thanks Tony S

(ps I thought I created this post in Webex Admin, but it got saved as a blog.  I'll try to delete the duplicate.)
