WebEx Monitoring Services

We've installed the WebEx Monitoring Service from the Control Hub.  Looking to add agents to our RoomKits, which register to the cloud, but we are seeing the error, "this is not an on premise device." Anyone else seeing this error or have any experience with this tool?  This right here https://help.webex.com/en-us/n8oae7w/Cisco-Webex-Monitoring-Service-Data-in-Control-Hub; states:

The agent can monitor any SX, MX, DX, EX, or Room Device that is running Cisco Collaboration Endpoint (CE) software, Cisco Telepresence Endpoint (TE) software, or Cisco Telepresence Collaboration (TC) software version 7.3.10 or later.

Im leaning toward the fact that our RoomKits (RoomOS) are not considered on-prem but again, any assistance would be appreciated.  Thank you.

Hi  mwood000111,

Webex monitoring service monitors on-premises video devices, meaning devices registered to CUCM. If the device is registered to the cloud, you can check analytics and troubleshooting in control hub:

Thanks

Thanks Andres.  I opened a TAC case the other day and had them confirm that.
