Webex proxy failed

I have room bar and it failed to register to cloud

What RoomOS version is running the device?
You mentioned a Room Bar but the Touch 10 displays Room Kit, just curious about that part.
Make sure the device is at least running Step Upgrade 9.15.6.

Could you share device logs?

Hello @MHM Cisco World,

  1. Open a web browser and enter the device's IP address in the address bar.
  2. Log in with your user name and passphrase. The default user name is "admin" with no passphrase set.
  3. Navigate to the "Issues and Diagnostics" section under System Maintenance.
  4. Select the "System Logs" tab.
  5. Under the Extended Logging section, choose the desired packet capture option (limited, full, or rolling) from the drop-down menu next to "Start."
  6. Reproduce the problem or functionality you want to capture, noting the timestamp and description.
  7. Go to the System Logs section, click the drop-down arrow next to "Download logs..." and select either "Full logs (recommended)" or "Anonymized logs" (which removes personally identifiable information).
  8. Download the logs and share those here

Are logs bigger than 70 MB?

You should be able to drag and drop the files or browse files here.
If this does not work I highly recommend to open a case with TAC

can you send your email to share log with you?

Please rename the file to just .tar (remove .gz)
Otherwise, I have sent you my email on private.
