Webex Room 70 cannot register to any protocol

Hello Webex Admin Community,

 

We are trying to register a Webex Room 70 single G2 to Webex cloud but after successful activation, there is an error on the device saying that the Call protocol is set to default Spark but not registered to any protolcol. The device is successfully activated using the 16-digit code but its not showing on the Webex admin portal under registered devices.

 

We have followed the correct procedure https://help.webex.com/en-us/n9r1aac/Configure-and-Manage-Webex-Calling-Devices#id_86347

 

We also tried to factory reset the device and tried again the procedure but same problem.

Actually we have other Webex room devices like Codec Pro and  Rooom Kits taht were already successfully added to Webex but only this device is not successful.
