WebEx Room Kit Mini not accepting Activation Code

Have a customer that let their Room Kit Mini stay off for more than a year so it went into Expired status.

We have tried to get it reactivated but it did not take the first code and we have created additional activation codes but it now is saying something like there have been too many codes.

To fix this, do we need to go into Control Hub and delete the device and then re-add it new?

I would do a factory reset on the room Kit, delete it from CH Hub, re-add it and try again.
