We are using Webex Scheduler for on-premises Exchange. We are running into an issue where some laptops (not all) are just spinning endlessly when trying to add a meeting. Anyone had an issue like this before?
We are attempting to create a meeting from Outlook 2016. We select New Items > Meeting. Once the meeting window appears we select add Webex Meeting. Shown in the image below. The screen does not move past connecting. Selecting the Webex Preferences results in the same connecting issue.

We have nearly the same problem. After entering login data, the endless spinner appears as @Stephen M described and additionally, a browser window opens saying "organisation not found".
Protected Mode is enabled.

Here are a few work arounds that might help:
1. Run Outlook as administrator if the plugin works
2. Go to control panel -> internet settings -> Security and click the "internet" world icon zone. Select "Enable Protected Mode" from the Security Level for this zone area.
The issue occurs when ieframe.dll is unable to render the frame due to zone permissions and issues error code 0x80004005. You can also attempt to add cisco and webex domain names to trusted sites.
We experienced issues with regular domain users subjected to increased security.
