Regarding my queries:

1.We have already integrated Exchange Calendar with Webex control hub and it is working fine.

I was looking to integrate office 365 with Webex Teams and I found this document recently:

2.As mentioned by you chat integration between Webex Teams  and Microsoft Teams can be achieved via https://m.io 

,this is subscription based paid third party application, is this the only option available at the moment for Cisco and Microsoft Teams integration.
