I have a couple of users who have just started to see this message when they join a Webex Teams session.
Error: "The microphone or speaker is not responding. Restart Webex Teams and try again"
I've seen a previously raised bug (CSCvp53458) for the same error but no fix is mentioned and the case was terminated.
The headset being used is a: Microsoft Lifechat LX3000 and has been working fine until the other day.
We've been through the usual Windows settings for the audio and updated the drivers but that has made no difference, if we change the microphone to a different source it works fine.
