Who can see the CC?

If I am invited to a webex meeting and I activate the CC. Who can see the subtitles? Only me or all attendees?

You can see the subtitles that activate them.

You can check it in the "Participants" panel when you're in a meeting. Attached example

my question is because I would not like the other people see the subtitle. So when I activate it only me can see the subtitles or the other attendees could also see it?
