Why am i geeting these: Confirm your payment details for your subs

I have entered my card details for payment and still i am getting these emails "Confirm your payment details for your Webex subscription',  To prevent disruption of your Webex services, you must confirm your payment details by July 1, 2022.

Should i contact support?

If you payment information is correct then I would recommend to open case with Webex Support.
