We are trying to use the main line of a location as the primary line on multiple workspaces. We have tried creating a virtual line as well as just using the line as is (no virtual). We have tried professional licensing as well as the common licensing. We're not having any luck. Is there a way to do this? They would like this line to be the only line on multiple phones at the site, or failing that, this line as the first line on multiple phones. Otherwise, their users keep selecting the wrong line to dial from. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

You can change the outbound caller ID used on external calls but the primary line on any user/workspace must be unique.
