Zoom is a company and Webex a brand of Cisco; neither is a specific product. The only freemium offer I’m aware of from either is the 40-minute meeting ability. If that’s what you’re referring to, the answer is no. You join meetings from each vendor’s respective app.
The ability to join Zoom meetings from Cisco video endpoints requires either SIP video interop enablement (off by default) or CRC licenses on Zoom.
