On the physical phone, if you go through the settings menu > ethernet configuration you can change the switch port config default from auto to 10 half, 10 full etc.
Is there any way to do this through webex admin dashboard? I see other ethernet options through like 802.1x and vlan id, but not the port speed/duplex settings.
All these phones were on call manager previously before being migrated to MPP if that matters. For some reason some are only connecting at 100meg instead of 1G. I'd like to be able to verify the phone settings remotely without having to touch each unit physically.

I think that setting is not accessible via Control Hub.
If the setting is available in the phone's user web interface, you may enable it and check it remotely.
Maybe the MPP api also helps, I've not checked if it is available when being registered with Webex Calling: https://developer.cisco.com/docs/multiplatform-phones/
