Activate webex calling

I just moved from Call Manager to Webex Calling due to a force migration this weekend. I am getting the below error message. What do I need to do to activate Webex calling. If I can not how can I get back to call manager so I can use my DX80 to call customer and partners.

Error Message

Sorry calling phone numbers is not allowed in your organization.
