I am unable to see participants in a conference call. It says zero participants. While I was having two other users on a conference call. Please assist. 

I have a user in the wrong location, how can I move the user to another location including the numbers assigned?

My customer has paired his iPhone to his Cisco 8861 via Bluetooth, the line displays and shows connected but he is not able to make or receive calls on the line, is this by design or will the capability change once he ports over his number to Webex.
