Hello, we were using UC-One and been moved over to Webex. Much better but my users are complaining that the Call Centre functionalities are deep in the App. Call Settings -> Call Preferences -> Advanced Call Settings -> Call Control -> Arrow down – select status / queue.
Does anybody know if there is a way of creating a shortcut on the main app or another way of getting the users there quicker? it's a big blocker as they are frequently logging in and out of queues.
