I have a site using Webex calling. They all use the webex app on pcs. when they try and transfer a call internally it fails and drops the call. this happens for external calls being transferred within the office. Their accounts work fine when working from home and they can transfer fine.
The call disconnects when they transfer it . Is there any firewall settings that may block this or rules that need to be allowed? Can someone tell me if they had the same issue and how to resolve it?
