I have a site using Webex calling. They all use the webex app on pcs. when they try and transfer a call internally it fails and drops the call. this happens for external calls being transferred within the office. Their accounts work fine when working from home and they can transfer fine.
The call disconnects when they transfer it . Is there any firewall settings that may block this or rules that need to be allowed? Can someone tell me if they had the same issue and how to resolve it?

Hi
We did find that SIPALG was enabled on one of our routers and also that SIP traffic was not all going through TCP so we enabled that on the firewall, router and with the users and that seemed to fix it. Also increased the MTU to 1500 Was a lot of messing about to get done,
