We are testing Webex calling. When a user connects to our LAN it receives and make calls but there is no sound for the recipient as well as caller but if the user connect to another network it works fine.
Review the network requirements - especially those that apply to the RTP media flows. Also check your IPS/IDS for rule violations. The ProofPoint ET Open ruleset used by Uniquiti and possibly others was flagging Webex media traffic recently.
