Calling Trial International

We have a trial going the Cisco Calling Plan and the ability to turn on International Calling is grayed out.  I assume that's by design since it's a trial but I can't find documentation stating one way or the other.   Does anyone know for sure?

I did a POC of Webex calling with CCEP, Cisco Collaboration Experience Program, and international dialing was disabled for us.
