I have bought a webex calling professional license. and manage some users with ext (but I haven't integrated it with PSTN yet)
I tried to call one of the users with the ext but it didn't connect. Is there a configuration that I haven't done yet?
As far as I know, to call webex you don't need a connection to the PSTN
