Can not hear in bound calls and do no hear a dial out when calling out

Hi,

can anyone help w/ my Web Ex setting?  

I cannot see to hear the "ringer' when calling out and when someone calls in I cannot hear them either

It's Webex, no space, no capital E

The call itself is ok, so it is just the ringer? Is it for all calls or just internal or external ones? Is it for all users or just for you? Only in the app or also on a MPP?
