I have two Cisco 8841s. I have tried resetting the device in all its forms, but when I enter the reset codes, it remains at the boot logo and restarts, the logo appears and restarts, so it goes on forever.
The devices are new, could you help me with this matter?
Is there a way to make a mainboard hard reset directly?
I tried to send a new firmware from a pc, but when it reboots, it loses connection.
