customize the display of monitored line names - 8850

Hello
I would like to customize the names of the monitored lines on my 8850.
The problem is that it displays the user's full name.

Is there a way to customize the display of monitored line names on the shortcut keys?

For example :

monitored line name is actually - "MILLEPATTES COGNAC BOUTCHOUX"

I would like it display only "MILLEPATTES"

There is currently no way to change what is shown on the display for monitored lines. It will currently use the caller ID of a user, or the name of the workspace. You can submit a feature request via the AHA portal for the ability to change the way the monitored lines display.
