We are deploying the Webex solution in our company.
We are mostly implementing voicemail to email. The problem is that users no longer need to listen to their messages on their phones since they have everything in their mailbox.
Consequently, they will not delete them either. I am afraid that at some point the mailbox will be full I thought I read that the mailbox stores 100MB or 100 messages.
Is there a way for the voicemail to empty automatically after a certain time, without user intervention ?
Or at worst a simple way for an admin to empty the full voicemails.
