Hi,
We use webex for conducting online training sessions and we would like to make the numbers listed in Call-in option for audio connection toll-free.
Currently the numbers listed are toll numbers, calling which our learner has to pay for it. We want to make sure our learners are not burdened with this cost. We are using the enterprise license plan, is it possible to make the numbers toll-free?If yes, how can we make it?

Yes, talk to your reseller (or if you are a reseller, your distributer). You should be able to modify your subscription to include the upcharge for a Toll Free call in numbers.
