Hi there,
I am using a Cisco Webex Pro Codec in conjunction with a Crestron processor and Crestron touch panel. Everything seems to work ok using the API and Crestron modules, apart from when it comes to entering Webex passwords. If you join a password protected Webex meeting you are prompted to enter the password/PIN, this is no problem when using a Touch 10 - you simply enter the password on the keyboard. But I am struggling to see how to do this via the API commands? I was assuming this would be done via DTMF tones like virtually every other system but these don't appear to work? Does anyone know how to enter the password with API commands?!
Many thanks,

Hi there, did you ever find a soloution for this? I'm In the exact same position. Cannot submit a password for protected Webex/Webinar using Crestron and API.

Did you figure out how to send alphanumeric passcode strings up the API? I can't figure it out looking at the API reference.

Guess it would be better to ask in the Meetings forum or maybe in the Devices.
This is about Webex Calling and calling is not supported on those devices..
