I'm testing the integration of WebEX Calling with Salesforce using the Webex App for Salesforce. I'm able to to see the WebEx widget integrated in Salesforce, I'm able to search Salesforce people, call them from the wiget or using the "make call button from salesforce added in several views (Leads, Opportunities, etc). The Webex Call History(in the widget) is also updated with the new in/out calls and if I click in the log button for a specific call a new window to register a Call Log activty opens.
My question is exactly related with the Call Log Activity. I thougth that as soon as a Call arrives, ir automatically open a Call Log activity window. There is something missing from my side to automaticaly gives this ability?
