hello everyone
we are replacing a Hosted PBX with WebEx Calling. I am configuring the sites (Locations) we have a total of 6 Locations
we will be using Cisco PSTN Services for outbound and inbound calls. No local gateways will be deployed.
each location requires the main number - You will not be able to make or receive calls until this number is added
I don't have any DIDs available to assign the main number. as we will be porting existing numbers to WebEx Calling.
we are submitting the order to port the DIDs, however when we port the DIDs that day we are going live with WebEx Calling as the production phone system.
Is there a way to bypass this and manually assign the number? I don't want to wait until the last minute to configure all the sites for inbound/outbound. I would like to have everything ready ahead of time so that on the day of the port we are only concerned about the port, not site configuration and troubleshooting.
