Hi team,
I'm creating new users in control hub with webex calling professional license but when I assigned the extension number, in the Webex App it appears with the location prefix. For example the location prefix is 44 and the extension is 1301 in Webex App the work phone appears as 441301. Do you know which configuration could be causing this?
I only have one location and for users created previously (like a month ago) the work number only shows the 4 digit extension.
Also when I go to services > Calling i got this error:
Request Response: Received 404 Not Found for (method unknown) on https://terminus.huron-dev.com/api/v2/customers/<Org_ID>/locations
Message: Error occurred while getting locations. The requested resource was not found. TrackingID: ATLAS_02244d6a...
Do you know how could I fix it?
