New webex user

Hi,

We had Consolidated as our phone portal and today I had to take the update to webex.  I have our office employees listed in my top contacts.  We have tested phone calls coming in, dialing out and transferring calls.  This all works. On Consolidated I could click on the person in my contacts to see if they were on the phone, how do I do this on webex?

In the webex app, you will see a circle around each avatar of your org's user.

Green: Available
Orange with phone: On a call (either WxC or Calling in Webex)
Red: On a call and sharing its screen
Gray with little clock: Away
No circle and small airplane overlay: Out of Office

Presence sharing might also be disabled by zur admin. As said, it is also available for users in your own org only
