Seems there is a potential limitation specific to fedramp that limits call forwarding on a device with multiple extensions to only allow line 1 to call forward? I'm not familiar with commercial enough to know if this is or isn't a functionality that works?
Someone from Cisco mentioned *72<Destination># as a solution, which worked. Still doesn't reflect the active fwd number in the app for the given line though. Device phone with the line will show it though.
