Hello,
please I need help. I use Webex at work for meetings and chats. I work from home and we have a very good internet connection (optical connection). But I have a problem with live meetings - every few minutes I lose a connection or video.
Other pages or applications are working correctly.
Do you have an idea where could the problem be?

Is more a Webex app related question than Webex Calling..
Do you use the same pc in both enviornments or is your home pc not as good as the business one? Are both networks configured according to the network guide, ie. ports open etc.? Do you get an error message?

Yes, I use the same pc in both environments (this is the business one). I have configuration from my company and I did not change anything.
No, I did not get any error - only if the video is lost, I got the sign "triangle with an exclamation mark"
