report of forwarded calls (Webex)

We want to gain insight into our forwarded calls, someone who knows how I can gain insight into this we use webex.

so that we have a clear overview to which we have transferred to and how long.

i wanna now when I can see the detailed CDR reports in CH.

Currently, that can be seen in the CDR data only. They're accessible for SP partner orgs only.

 

There will be some detailed CDR reports in CH soon (currently they're beta), they'll help you with that as well.
