On outbound calls, the remote ringtone (the tone telling you that the remote endpoint is ringing) should output on the "Speaker" output.
The "ringer/alert" output should only be used for *incoming* calls.
Currently, Webex sends the outbound ringtone on "ringer/alert" output.
Result:
- when you are in a crowded environment and need to place many calls, everyone is disturbed by your outgoing calls alerts.
- lowering or muting the ringer/alert volume defeats the purpose of the alert as you may not hear the incoming calls
Can we have this fixed please ?
