I am using webex, teams, and cisco finesse for remote training purposes. My trainees use TEAMs to share her audio and screen. They use webex to support finesse and answer calls in finesse. The audio and screen sharing is perfect until they conference in another caller (ie. appointment center). Once they hit the conference button in finesse, screen sharing and audio are put on hold in TEAMS and I can no longer see or hear what is happening. We have tried changing webex settings to "classic sharing" only. Any other suggestions?
