Hi all.
I'm using Webex calling service,but my account status is stuck "On Call". I did not make a call.
I tried log out account, resetting and restarting my phone profile,relogging in.
But it does'nt work.
How shoud I do to solve this problem?

That status is set server-side; there isn’t a lot you can do about it from the client. Have you tried placing a call and then hanging up? If yes, you probably need to open a TAC case - unless someone else chimes in with a clever idea.
