Do you have already Webex Calling and access to Control Hub? Is it properly configured and you want to set up those phones now?
Or do you have those phones with MPP firmware and want to use them with any other SIP based telephony platform?

I don't Cisco Webex calling yet, I haven't done anything yet, I wanna have them work thats it, they don't have MPP firmware as I just checked. If you can provide me with some guidance how to achieve it step by step, I will be really happy.

Well, the link to the SW-Upgrader will allow you to migrate the phones' firmware was already mentioned.
As you're a noob in Webex Calling, I'd suggest to take some courses at the academy https://academy.webex.com/, specially the Calling Foundation https://academy.webex.com/learn/courses/2129/webex-foundations-calling. You may also sign up for a sandbox to get familiar with Control Hub etc https://developer.webex.com/docs/developer-sandbox-guide. You may also check the avilable Calling Plans at https://pricing.webex.com/us/en/hybrid-work/calling/
But: Maybe it is also a good idea to contact a Cisco Collaboration partner at https://locatr.cloudapps.cisco.com/ that assists you with his knownledge.
