Unable to Make Calls from Webex App

Hello ,

Recently, I started using Webex Calling, including making and receiving calls from a MPP physical phone.

When I try to dial from the app webex, I receive an error message: ‘Webex Calling Invalid Video or Meeting Address. Please check the address and try again.’ I see that Webex is trying to connect to phone service.

How do I disable this?

I want to call  via Webex  directly without phone service.

I'd check your licenses and also make sure you are calling a known account or number.  If you are calling someone else with a valid webex email address you should be able to reach them as long you have the license to do so.
