Hi all but I'm currently in the US and I'm unable to make local calls. What should I do or define in order to make a call?

Are you using WxC MT or any UCM based solution?
Either your registration to the server fails due to connectivity or due to authorization issues..

Sorry my message got a little bit distorted.
I'm in the US and I'm unable to make calls. I logged in into my account in the WebEx app but I get an error message that phone service is not available. Do I need to define something else?

As you are internal (employed by Cisco) suggest opening an internal support case, Webex support would be the next step. They can look into your specific account and help you troubleshoot the issue.
